2. What we collect
Server log data
When you visit this website, our web server temporarily processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Log data is not merged with other data sources.
Shopping cart (session cookie)
We use a single technically necessary session cookie to remember your shopping cart while you browse. It contains no tracking identifiers and expires when you close your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR; § 25 (2) TDDDG (strictly necessary storage).
No analytics, no marketing cookies
This website sets no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner.
3. Payment via PayPal
Payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When you choose to pay, your cart data (items, quantities, amounts) is transmitted to PayPal, and PayPal provides us with the data required to fulfil your order (name, shipping address, transaction reference). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (performance of a contract). PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment process: paypal.com/privacy.
4. Order processing & shipping
We process your order data (items purchased, shipping address, contact details) to fulfil the purchase contract and hand your address to a shipping carrier solely for delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. Invoicing data is retained as required by German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process the data you provide to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR) and delete it once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention applies.
6. External fonts
This site loads the typefaces Bricolage Grotesque and Hanken Grotesk from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your browser transmits your IP address to Google to retrieve the font files. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (consistent, legible presentation). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.
