Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 further working days; within the EU, 3–7 working days.
Packaging
Every order is packed in our signature gift box or protective wrap with paper-based cushioning — plastic-free wherever possible, and pretty enough to gift unopened.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right, inform us — jocapps® GmbH, Kaiser-Joseph-Strasse 254, 79098 Freiburg, Germany, email hello@jocapps.com — of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notification, using the same means of payment you used, free of charge. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You must return the goods within fourteen days of notifying us; you bear the direct cost of the return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged in transit?
If a piece arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@jocapps.com within 48 hours — we will replace or refund immediately, and you never need to argue with a carrier yourself.
