The plain-language rules for buying from LEØSINN.
1. Scope & seller
These terms apply to all orders placed in the LEØSINN online shop. The contract is concluded with:

2. Products & handcrafted character
Our pieces are handmade in small batches; many are one of a kind. Small irregularities in print, colour, grain or finish are inherent to handcraft and do not constitute defects. Product photographs show the actual item or an item of the same series.
3. Ordering & conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing payment you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory German VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout and listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Payment is processed exclusively via PayPal (PayPal balance, linked bank account or card). The PayPal recipient account is operated by jocapps® GmbH.
5. Delivery
We dispatch within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment, unless a different time is stated on the product page. Should an item be unavailable after your order (handmade single pieces can, rarely, sell simultaneously), we will inform you immediately and refund your payment in full without delay.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The full instruction, including the model withdrawal form, is on the Shipping & Returns page.
7. Warranty & liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage; liability for injury to life, body or health remains unlimited.
8. Candle & product safety
Candle holders and lanterns are decorative objects: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets and flammable materials, and place on a heat-resistant surface.
9. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you order as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
